Well this could be you if you only follow discipline and the right amount of exercises. 1.Use rollers or abs wheels 2.Mountain climbers style 3.Flutter kicks 4.Plunk hold 5.Simple crunches 6.Twist crunches 7.Straight leg crunches 8.Russian twists Use these types of exercises with at least 3reps for each exercise in a session and an excersise for at least 10 minutes each. For at least 2hours morning and evening daily. You will never be afraid to remove your vest at the beach.
Newborn babies are so surprising when they are born. This might be of stress of certain percentage for a new mother with no experience of caring for the baby. The baby with their delicate physic should be made active from the word go. Do not think that when you help them release pressure on their muscles they might break. It should be put through exercises that make them stretch and release tension from their body due to little to almost no movement.
Before breastfeeding the baby,a mom should clean the breasts with a clean cloth wrung out of clean warm water. The mother should sit in a comfortable and relaxed position to allow easy flow of milk.There should be no interruptions.During this process ,the baby may swallow some air . After feeding the baby,rub or Pat gently on the back to remove the air.This can be done while holding the baby next to the mother's shoulder or lying supported face down on the mother's lap.this allows the baby to be comfortable since it removes the air swallowed during suckling and also prevents vomiting.
