 Have you ever seen a cartoon that is so muscular and thinking, "this would be me if I didn't stop". Now you then think that if I was like this I would be as hard as a stone. My haters would not push me around or look down upon me. Now, see that image you have of you with muscles or all physic, you can become that by following the election simple steps. 1.eat healthy, is. Eggs, milk, rice, and other kinds of food products that are rich in protein. 2.set you workout plan, morning session/evening session. 3.plan each muscle with it's workouts, the reps in each session. 4. Is it a gym or workout without a gym. I would advice without a gym. 5.then if without a gym, select the perfect place for that, if it's outside, or in a spacious place indoors. 6. Start afresh with a calendar, and start pushing hard. Don't stop when tired, but stop when session is done 7. Lastly DISCIPLINE, make it first priority. Nothing should distract your workout hours.
