Before breastfeeding the baby,a mom should clean the breasts with a clean cloth wrung out of clean warm water. The mother should sit in a comfortable and relaxed position to allow easy flow of milk.There should be no interruptions.During this process ,the baby may swallow some air . After feeding  the baby,rub or Pat gently on the back to remove the air.This can be done while holding the baby  next to the mother's shoulder or lying supported face down on the mother's lap.this allows the baby to be comfortable since it removes the air swallowed during suckling and also prevents vomiting.

How should I bathe a baby?!

When bathing a baby,the following requirements are essential. A baby's basin,a mild soap,baby's jelly,flannel sheet,face towel,bathing towel,baby's comb or hairbrush,cotton wool and cotton buds. With all this now u can wash your baby under this process. 1.Ensure the room is warm enough and close doors and windows 2.wear an apron and Clean your hands. 3.Ensure the water is in right temperature. 4.undress the baby,wrap Him or her with a towel and place the baby on your knee supporting his or her back  5.clean the eyes each at a time using  cotton wool dipped and squeezed from the water.clean the nose and ears too 6.clean the face with a soft cloth 7.wet the head .apply soap in a circular motions and rinse out.ensure u wash it backswards to avoid entry of soap into the eyes 8.dry the baby's head with a soft towel 9.unwrap the. baby and carefully dip him or her into the water supporting him or her with the left hand. 9.using the right hand clean the baby's body using a

What are the major exercises for newborn

Newborn babies are so surprising when they are born. This might be of stress of certain percentage for a new mother with no experience of caring for the baby. The baby with their delicate physic should be made active from the word go. Do not think that when you help them release pressure on their muscles they might break. It should be put through exercises that make them stretch and release tension from their body due to little to almost no movement.

Well this could be you if you only follow discipline and the right amount of exercises. 1.Use rollers or abs wheels 2.Mountain climbers style 3.Flutter kicks 4.Plunk hold 5.Simple crunches 6.Twist crunches 7.Straight leg crunches 8.Russian twists Use these types of exercises with at least 3reps for each exercise in a session and an excersise for at least 10 minutes each. For at least 2hours morning and evening daily.  You will never be afraid to remove your vest at the beach.

How to gain full body muscle s easily

 Have you ever seen a cartoon that is so muscular and thinking, "this would be me if I didn't stop". Now you then think that if I was like this I would be as hard as a stone. My haters would not push me around or look down upon me. Now, see that image you have of you with muscles or all physic, you can become that by following the election simple steps. 1.eat healthy, is. Eggs, milk, rice, and other kinds of food products that are rich in protein. 2.set you workout plan, morning session/evening session. 3.plan each muscle with it's workouts, the reps in each session. 4. Is it a gym or workout without a gym. I would advice without a gym. 5.then if without a gym, select the perfect place for that, if it's outside, or in a spacious place indoors. 6. Start afresh with a calendar, and start pushing hard. Don't stop when tired, but stop when session is done 7. Lastly DISCIPLINE, make it first priority. Nothing should distract your workout hours.
